        A. We suggest shipping the phone to us via US Postal Service Priority mail with tracking #, FEDEX or UPS.

          A. All repairs are warranteed for 90 days.

3. Q. When do I pay for the repair?

         A. After your phone has been looked over by a technician  you will be emailed an estimate/invoice. You may then login to our secure payment site and pay via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

4. Q. How much for return shipping?

         A. Standard UPS ground shipping is $8.95. Next Day Express Shipping is $24.95.

5. What if my phone cannot be repaired or I choose not to continue with repair after receiving estimate?

            A. If your phone is determined to be unrepairable or you don't wish to continue with repair, you can either pay the return shipping fee of $8.95 and have phone returned or you can request that the phone be discarded.
